Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Eligible for Return

  • Item significantly different from the listing
  • Arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Order never arrived (after delivery window)

Non-Returnable

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Request a Return

    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a decision and next steps.

    Return & refund

    If approved, return shipping instructions are sent. Refund is processed once we confirm receipt.
